Synology Virtual Machine Manager Pro licenses allow you to fully utilize the VMM cluster infrastructure, as they enable flexible migration and scaling for load balancing and resource allocation. VMM provides licensing based on cluster size and offers various options to meet different requirements.

License Plan
Virtual Machine Manager Pro licenses are available in 3-node and 7-node packs, with subscription terms of 1, 3, or 5 years. Each VMM cluster can include up to seven Synology NAS devices. Once a license has been activated, it is non-refundable.

Before purchasing a license, please make sure that your Synology NAS supports VMM.

* Each license can be applied to only one Synology VMM cluster at a time
* Purchased licenses can be migrated
* The license period cannot be extended by activating multiple licenses at the same time

Other Conditions (Agreement)

1. The Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from typographical errors or omissions.
2. The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.
3. In-stock items will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days.
4. Pre-order items require an estimated delivery time of 30–60 days, depending on the reservation queue and product quota for that batch.
5. For pre-order items, the Company reserves the right not to accept order cancellations or refund deposits under any circumstances, except where the Company is unable to fulfill the order.
6. Pre-order delivery timelines may vary due to force majeure (e.g., international shipping issues or customs delays). The Company will provide periodic updates accordingly.
