PDPA Notice

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"), you, as the data subject, are entitled to exercise certain rights regarding the personal data collected, used, or disclosed by SyncTech Solution Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us"). These rights include the following:

1. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before such withdrawal.

2. Right of Access

You have the right to request access to your personal data, obtain a copy of such data, and request information regarding the source of the data where it was not collected directly from you.

4. Right to Erasure

6. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and where technically feasible, request that we transfer such data to another data controller in accordance with applicable law.

7. Right to Object

You have the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data where such processing is based on legal grounds that permit you to exercise this right under the PDPA.

8. Right to Be Informed

• Response Time: The Company will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 30 days from the date we receive your completed request together with all required supporting documents, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Note: The Company reserves the right to refuse a request where permitted by applicable law or where fulfilling the request would adversely affect the rights, freedoms, or legitimate interests of another person. Where a request is refused, the Company will provide the reasons for such refusal as required by applicable law.
