Omada Cloud License (5-Year) Terms
License scope & validity: 1 license can manage 1 device. The 5-year period starts immediately when the license is first bound to a device.
Device transfer (Unbind): The license can be moved to another device, but the unbind quota is limited to a maximum of 10 times. If the license is unbound more than 10 times, it will expire immediately.

Other Conditions (Agreement)

1. The Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from typographical errors or omissions.
2. The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.
3. In-stock items will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days.
4. Pre-order items require an estimated delivery time of 30–60 days, depending on the reservation queue and product quota for that batch.
5. For pre-order items, the Company reserves the right not to accept order cancellations or refund deposits under any circumstances, except where the Company is unable to fulfill the order.
6. Pre-order delivery timelines may vary due to force majeure (e.g., international shipping issues or customs delays). The Company will provide periodic updates accordingly.
