Surveillance Device License Pack
Synology Surveillance Device License Packs are designed to expand the number of cameras, I/O modules, intercoms, access controllers, IP speakers, and transaction devices installed on Synology Surveillance Station. By default, you receive built-in licenses that come with your Synology NAS/NVR, but additional licenses can be purchased for extra surveillance devices as your business grows.

License Plan
Synology NAS/NVR comes with 1 default license, allowing you to install and manage surveillance devices. In addition, Synology offers three options for purchasing extra licenses: Surveillance Device License Packs for 1, 4, or 8 devices. Each pack includes one license key that allows you to activate 1, 4, or 8 surveillance devices at a time.

Please refer to the specifications of each model to find out the maximum number of surveillance devices supported by each Synology NAS/NVR.

License Units
In most cases, IP cameras, I/O modules, IP speakers, intercoms, and access controllers require only one license per device. Transaction devices, however, require two licenses per device. 1. The Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from typographical errors or omissions.
2. The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.
3. In-stock items will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days.
4. Pre-order items require an estimated delivery time of 30–60 days, depending on the reservation queue and product quota for that batch.
5. For pre-order items, the Company reserves the right not to accept order cancellations or refund deposits under any circumstances, except where the Company is unable to fulfill the order.
6. Pre-order delivery timelines may vary due to force majeure (e.g., international shipping issues or customs delays). The Company will provide periodic updates accordingly.
