License Plan
Synology MailPlus License Packs are available for 5 or 20 email accounts. These are perpetual licenses and can be migrated to another Synology NAS registered under the same Synology Account.

Only active email accounts require licenses. You can reuse licenses from deactivated accounts to set up new accounts. Email aliases belonging to the same email account do not require separate licenses.

The recommended maximum number of active MailPlus accounts for each Synology NAS is listed on the relevant product page under Specifications > Software Specifications.

Notes:

All licenses included in a Synology MailPlus License Pack will be activated once the license key is registered.
The 5 free MailPlus licenses cannot be migrated.
Once activated, the licenses are registered to the Synology NAS used for the activation.

Other Conditions (Agreement)

1. The Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from typographical errors or omissions.
2. The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.
3. In-stock items will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days.
4. Pre-order items require an estimated delivery time of 30–60 days, depending on the reservation queue and product quota for that batch.
5. For pre-order items, the Company reserves the right not to accept order cancellations or refund deposits under any circumstances, except where the Company is unable to fulfill the order.
6. Pre-order delivery timelines may vary due to force majeure (e.g., international shipping issues or customs delays). The Company will provide periodic updates accordingly.
