The extended warranty must be purchased within 90 days, or it is recommended to purchase it together with the hardware right away.

Specifications

For models HDL310 and HDL410

* Standard warranty: 2 years
Purchase an additional 1 year → total warranty becomes 3 years
* Standard warranty: 2 years
Purchase an additional 2 years → total warranty becomes 4 years
* Standard warranty: 2 years
Purchase an additional 3 years → total warranty becomes 5 years

Information required for purchasing the extended warranty

1. End user company name – the name of the company using the product
2. Administrator’s name (normally the IT manager) – the system administrator’s name, such as the IT manager or the person responsible for the company’s assets
3. Administrator’s email address – the email address of the person in item 2; a group email would be preferred, such as [email protected]
4. Serial number of the microphone speaker bar(s) + serial number of the connect module – the serial numbers of the devices for which the extended warranty is required, including the microphone speaker bar and the connect module

Other Conditions (Agreement)

1. The Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability arising from typographical errors or omissions.
2. The Company reserves the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.
3. In-stock items will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days.
4. Pre-order items require an estimated delivery time of 30–60 days, depending on the reservation queue and product quota for that batch.
5. For pre-order items, the Company reserves the right not to accept order cancellations or refund deposits under any circumstances, except where the Company is unable to fulfill the order.
6. Pre-order delivery timelines may vary due to force majeure (e.g., international shipping issues or customs delays). The Company will provide periodic updates accordingly.
