How to request deletion
- Sign in to your SyncTech account, or contact us from the email used with Facebook Login.
- Submit a PDPA request and select data deletion.
- Our team will verify ownership and process the request according to legal and accounting retention requirements.
Some order, tax invoice, payment, and accounting records may need to be retained for the period required by Thai law. When retention is required, we will restrict use and remove unnecessary personal data where possible.
